Motheo is a seasoned Investment Professional with over 8 years’ worth of experience. Motheo worked as a risk analyst at 27four Investment Managers before joining the Private Equity & Structured Investment Products team at the Public Investment Corporation.

Motheo is particularly strong with deal structuring, risk mitigation strategies, valuations, financial modeling, financial analysis, and shareholder value maximization strategies. Motheo’s skill set has been invaluable to the multitude of corporate leaders, shareholders, and institutions he assisted across the African continent.

Motheo has had experience covering a diverse nature of industries including Financial Services, Telecoms, Technology, Manufacturing, Education, FMCG, Property, Renewable Energy, Healthcare culminating with total transaction exposure covering over R5 billion in various transactions executed in sub-Saharan Africa.

Motheo has an Honours in Investment Management (UJ) and is currently a CFA level 3 candidate.

Tafadzwa is a seasoned Investment Professional with over 8 years’ worth of experience. Tafadzwa worked as an analyst at Standard Bank Group before joining the Private Equity & Structured Investment Products team at the Public Investment Corporation. Tafadzwa is particularly strong with deal structuring, risk mitigation strategies, valuations, financial modeling, financial analysis. Tafadzwa has engaged with a multitude of corporate leaders, shareholders, and institutions across the country.

Tafadzwa has had experience covering a diverse nature of industries including Financial Services, Telecoms, Technology, Agro-processing, FMCG, Property, Renewable Energy culminating with total transaction exposure covering over R5 billion in various transactions executed in sub-Saharan Africa.

Tafadzwa has a BCom in Economics and Finance (UCT) and is a candidate for PGDip Quantitative Finance (University of London). Tafadzwa has passed the CFA Level 1 Exam.

Matthew is a financial analyst who has gained most of his experience in project finance and analysis. His strong suit is the assessment of short- and long-term investment projects as well as business analysis for companies requiring debt financing.

Matthew’s industry experience to date has been in the construction, mining, and banking industries. Matthew gained the majority of his experience working at ZB Bank, Visionary Property Development, and Khami Quarries.

Matthew has an Executive Certificate in Investments and Portfolio Management (University of Zimbabwe), (BA) Banking and Finance with High Honors (Eastern Mediterranean University).
