Our deal advisory division provides comprehensive commercial, financial, economic, and strategic advice to companies facing capital placement enquires. Our primary focus is on servicing the capital requirement needs of companies with an Enterprise Value below R150 million, which is typical of the SME landscape. We work closely with our clients to ensure the value drivers, risks, and opportunities in proposed deals are identified at various points in the deal process.
